How we decide what’s available

State availability here is assembled from two things: the restricted-territory clauses in each operator’s own Terms of Service, and states that have prohibited or restricted sweepstakes-style real-prize play. If either excludes a state, we leave that platform out of that state’s list.

  • Excluded doesn’t always mean blocked. In a restricted state you can often still register an account — but you generally won’t be able to play for redeemable sweepstakes prizes, only free-to-play mode. We omit those rather than list them as available, because “available” would be misleading.
  • Operators set their own rules. Two platforms can reach opposite conclusions about the same state, which is why the lists below differ.
  • This changes often. State law and operator terms both move quickly, and a platform can withdraw from a state without notice.

Common Questions About State Availability

Why isn't a platform available in my state?

Each operator decides where it accepts players, based on its own reading of state sweepstakes and promotional-contest rules. Some states have stricter requirements around prize promotions, so operators exclude them rather than take on the compliance burden. This is an operator decision, not a Daily Claimers one.

Can I use a VPN to access a platform that excludes my state?

No. Using a VPN, a false address, or inaccurate personal information to bypass a platform's restrictions violates its terms of service. Operators run identity and location verification before paying out redemptions, and accounts flagged this way are commonly closed with any promotional balance forfeited.

Why do some platforms require 21+ and others accept 18+?
